Academic writing is a key skill for academics. However, it is a complex skill to master. In the international classroom, moreover, terminology about academic writing may differ, not only between languages, but also between disciplines and even between lecturers within the same discipline. Therefore, a glossary of terminology in which these differences are addressed is helpful for students and lecturers. It facilitates learning about academic writing. The glossary that was developed as part of the Academic Writing for Publication Course in the Erasmus+ IMPACT project is an ongoing project.
